About The Position
We are seeking a Retread Associate to join our team. The Retread Associate will be responsible for retreading tires according to company standards and procedures. This role involves inspecting, buffing, applying tread, curing, and final inspection of retreaded tires.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in tire retreading or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move tires.

Responsibilities
- Inspect tires for damage and assess suitability for retreading.
- Buff tires to prepare for retreading process.
- Apply new tread to tires using appropriate machinery.
- Cure tires in a curing chamber according to specifications.
- Inspect final product for quality and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
