We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining MissionSquare. $95,700.00 - $148,340.00 Retirement Solutions Product Manager serves as a strategic product champion for MissionSquare’s solutions, driving innovation and execution across the product lifecycle. This role combines advanced market expertise with strong analytical and critical thinking skills to deliver competitive, compliant, and client-focused retirement offerings. Acting as the product owner, the analyst will lead enhancements, launch new features, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure operational excellence. Success in this role requires anticipating market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies, and executing plans that strengthen MissionSquare’s position in the retirement space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–7+ years in product management or retirement solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced knowledge of retirement products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of retirement products—enhancements, new launches, and operational improvements.
  • Develop actionable product roadmaps and deliver them against timelines and KPIs.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of retirement trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to inform product positioning.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments; ensure plan compliance and act as a technical resource for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and collaborate with compliance, operations, marketing, and technology teams for seamless execution.
  • Engage sales channels, communicate best practices, and provide training on retirement products.
  • Identify opportunities for new features and services; lead implementation to improve client experience and drive adoption.
  • Track KPIs, analyze product profitability, and prepare executive-level reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
