About The Position

This position will follow our hybrid work model. We expect the selected candidate to live within commuting distance of the NWPS Seattle, WA, Office. Under supervision, supports daily operations for clients’ retirement plans and their participants. You will work directly with the Senior Consultants on those clients and as part of a larger team to ensure general operations are running smoothly. You will oversee daily activities such as investing payroll contributions, determining participant eligibility for benefits, processing requests for withdrawal, and any other activity that the client and their participants may need. Your guidance is provided to perform varied work that is difficult in nature, requiring evaluation, originality, and ingenuity to make moderately complex decisions.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage retirement plan cash flow
  • Monitor and analyze daily transactions and data collection
  • Handle benefit payment requests with accuracy
  • Review and execute trades as part of a nightly trading team, working non-standard hours one to three nights a week.
  • Respond accurately to phone and email inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Discuss retirement plan features with clients and their employees.
