The mission of this full-time position is to provide administrative assistance and support to Renaissance Financial advisors and their retirement plan clients.

Requirements

  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. This position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Follow and give general oral and written directions, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, ability to work independently, understanding and experience with personal computers, enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Work requires attention to detail in things such as composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • must have High School diploma
  • Proficiency in the use of computer programs for: Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred
  • Two or more years of experience in an office environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of retirement plans preferred

Responsibilities

  • Retirement Plan Committee Meeting Management
  • Proactively communicate with advisors regarding scheduling client meetings and necessary items to be discussed
  • Compile and distribute meeting review materials to all attendees
  • Prepare and deliver meeting recaps and follow up items to clients
  • Document, coordinate, and follow up on any decisions and action items from client due diligence meetings
  • Manage action items through to completion
  • Fee-Based Client Management
  • Monitor and document fiduciary and non-fiduciary services to ensure compliance with client service agreements and fiduciary best practices
  • Create and maintain each client’s due diligence file with appropriate records and documentation
  • Track and benchmark financial advisory fees and update as necessary
  • Perform quarterly investment monitoring using FI360
  • Work with vendors and clients to complete plan level investment fund changes
  • Update plan information in Salesforce and other department records as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties as necessary
