A day in the life. As our Retirement Plan Consultant on the Retirement Services team, you’ll provide quality consulting services to MMA clients, responsible for managing the overall relationship of assigned clients of the Retirement Services practice. This includes prepping and leading Plan Sponsor meetings, retaining assigned clients, analyzing fund metrics, and consulting with clients with all aspects of a retirement plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry with exceptional, demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly.
  • Client-facing experience with demonstrable relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 5 nights/month (not necessarily consecutively) to meet with clients; mileage and expenses reimbursed.
