This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields who want exposure to the financial services industry in a professional, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student (Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related major preferred)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Curious and eager to learn about the financial services industry
• Self-starter withstrong communicationskills
• Reliable and professional

Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis: Review retirement plan investment lineups across multiple recordkeeping platforms toidentifypotential lower-cost share class opportunities.
• Fiduciary Support: Assistwith fee benchmarking analysis and help prepare supporting documentation for client reports.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Gather and organize annual cybersecurity documentation from retirement plan recordkeepers in alignment with Department of Labor best practices.
• Prepare materials for client meetings
• Organize and audit client files for consistency
• Build and refine reports in Excel
• Shadow advisors and attend participant education meetings to see client interactions firsthand
