Position Purpose: You contribute to Veolia’s success by overseeing & executing implementation, compliance, legislative changes, analysis, plan management, administration support, vendor management, RFP & integration, relevant projects and communication of all retirement & financial benefit plans including, but not limited to, 401(k), pension, nonqualified programs, life insurance and/or retiree medical welfare plans. Provide support on union negotiations &/or merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives by assessing retirement proposals during negotiations, potential acquisitions due diligence and leading the integration of retirement & financial benefit strategies and programs for newly acquired entities. Individual contributor role.
