Cetera Financial Group is currently seeking a Retirement Admin Assistant in our Cetera TPA team for our company’s office located in either our Dallas, TX or Des Moines, IA offices. This is a unique opportunity to join our team to provide support for Cetera Financial Group under Strategy & Solutions. What you will do: Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department Monitor faxes incoming and outgoing Assist Accounts Receivable – letter preparation and calling clients about past due invoices Assist all internal departments with various clerical functions, report preparation and assigned projects Prepare and send routine blast emails via Pension Pro Maintain individual dashboard tasks assigned through Pension Pro Retrieve annual report downloads from various record-keepers Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled monthly reports
