About The Position

Primary Purpose Coordinates and supports programs focused on new employee training and onboarding. Provides hands‑on guidance to new employees within the processing departments to help them meet expectations for safety, quality, yield, and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of experience in a comparable role (training, coaching, or production support preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, coach, and support employees with varying skill levels.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trust with new employees.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred (Haitian Creole or Spanish) to support translation needs during onboarding and on the production floor.

Responsibilities

  • Assists new employees on the production floor as they transition into their roles, including tracking skill development and progress toward certification.
  • Monitors absenteeism for new hires, including conducting outreach when employees are absent.
  • Leads the new hire onboarding program, presenting during orientation and providing translation support as needed.
  • Participates in roundtable meetings and retention initiatives led by the Complex Human Resources Manager and Employee Relations Manager to improve engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support training, onboarding, and employee success.
