We’re looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to join our team at Etsy and help implement a customer-first engagement strategy to drive buyer retention and long-term value. In this role, you will develop and implement automated lifecycle strategies across key owned channels—such as email, SMS, and push notifications—to deepen engagement with Etsy buyers, drive repeat visits, and grow customer lifetime value. This role works cross-functionally with partners in Product, Engineering, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Design to bring your strategies to life and continuously optimize performance through experimentation and iteration. The ideal candidate is a strategic and technically skilled marketer with a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, campaign execution, and personalization. This role requires your presence in Etsy’s Brooklyn Office once or twice per week depending on your proximity to the office.
