About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. The role ensures a top-priority customer experience, develops and maintains customer relationships, and supports in-store event sourcing and execution. Key responsibilities also include leading email capture efforts, educating new associates on best practices, and managing the customer wish list to ensure timely notifications when products arrive. The associate helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic environment for both crew and customers, and contributes to maintaining a clean and tidy store.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly outgoing personality
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing 30 lbs with assistance
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
