Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Explorer Internet software; SAP; Diver; Pocket Advantage.
Responsibilities
- Communicates pricing, programs, and contractual information with grocery chain headquarters.
- Coordinates and analyzes pricing and programs with suppliers and chain Account Managers.
- Manages inventory levels for all chain wines to account for programming and trends.
- Prepares spreadsheets and presentations using appropriate software.
- Works with supplier representatives to ensure cohesive partnership exists between the Company and supplier.
- Works trade events to assist with any needs to ensure a successful event.
- Organizes, updates, and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records.
- Prepares sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.
- Maintain and deliver monthly chain spreadsheets.
- This position requires someone who can always maintain confidentiality. Company, account, and supplier information is not to be compromised at any time.
- Other duties assigned by Sales Manager.
