About the Role: Designers at Grön drive concept exploration and aesthetic refinement across the brand. You will partner with Brand & Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to take projects from brief to final delivery, presenting smart options with clear rationale and ensuring everything ships on time and on brand. You will tackle project briefs and directives from leadership and creative leads, using Grön’s toolkit to generate multiple solutions, guide the team toward the strongest direction, and carry the chosen approach through polished execution. This is a hybrid role that requires 3-4 days a week in our Portland OR office.
