Requirements
- Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions during shift.
- Be physically able to reach, bend, and stoop, and be able to safely lift various items weighing up to, or above, 30 pounds.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Exposure to various types of Florida weather conditions including: sunshine, heat, and rain.

- Previous customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide and promote exceptional customer service, approaching all guest encounters with courtesy and warmth.
- Maintain effective communication of safety critical information for guest activities and food consumption.
- Assist with ongoing maintenance of shop area and outdoor campus, including daily cleaning of all work areas.
- Share knowledge of product, service, and program information with guests and members.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests while maintaining the organization of the Grande gift shop, Tennis, Pickleball, and Miniature golf shop.
- Approach all encounters with guests and Team Members in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Answer phones in shop to take reservations and answer basic informational questions.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and through email with members/guests to promote new programming and merchandise within the shop.
- Assist with maintaining tennis and Pickleball court surfaces and surroundings.
- Accurately process transactions for all purchases.
- Assist in ordering and maintaining par levels of all products sold and used within the Tennis and Pickleball Center.
- Be knowledgeable about and provide product, service, and program information to guests and members.
- Promote merchandise and special offers.
- Ensure daily opening and closing duties are performed.
- Assist in cleanliness and set up/break down of shop, courts, and miniature golf course.
- Promote resort and all programs within the Center Court Ridge facilities.
- Be able to properly string tennis rackets (training provided).
- Attend meetings/trainings by management.
- Answer guest questions regarding resort information and availability.
- Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to work well in high volume situations, effective at prioritizing incoming requests.
- Complete any additional duties/tasks assigned.
