The Systems Analyst, Retail Technology supports a team responsible for working with retailers and partners to create a smooth integration of Inmar's technology solutions (e.g. digital coupons/CNFRM/Receipt Rewards/loyalty/media) with the customer's existing retail technology infrastructure. The Systems Analyst assist the implementation team with testing, troubleshooting issues and providing technical API guidance to retailer or partner development teams which requires that the incumbent be able to dive deep into technical related issues and solve them. Primary Accountabilities: Technical Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls that are needed to Implement a Client Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network Offer Manager and Customer Service programs Pre-Launch Support: Assist with Onboarding tasks related to new retailer or partner implementations and support development teams working on APIs Post-Launch Support: Assist with managing first-level support to customer by monitoring support request to identify any recurring issues and recommending product changes. Participate in Customer Success team’s review meetings to discuss issues or problems Provide technical guidance to retailers & partners, work to resolve technical issues for the customer efficiently and effectively Additional Responsibilities: Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards As an Inmar Associate, you: Put clients first and consistently display a positive attitude and behaviors that demonstrate an awareness and willingness to listen and respond to clients in order to meet their short-term and long-term needs, requirements and exceed their expectations.
