The Retail Systems Administrator is to perform daily tasks related to keeping the Retail System functioning properly. Coordinate with IT on all Retail application process change testing (Connected Retailer, Warehouse Management, Sales Audit). Coordinate with IT on all Retail application upgrades and enhancements (Style mask change, location hierarchy additional levels, employee position clean up). Manage and prioritize Projects/Tickets with Desktop Support and App Support. Create and maintain reports. (Roll-Forward) Provide training to entire Retail department to improve system use and productivity. Verify data integrity between Retail data sources and PS databases. Ongoing development and maintenance of product, time, location, and measure dimensions after go-live. Participate in model and user acceptance testing pre-live and during future enhancements. Retail Vendor Registration Portal (AEC software). Manage new vendor registration. Confirm all necessary information has been submitted and marked complete. Follow-up with buyers and/or vendor to obtain necessary information before vendor can be "complete". Work with Risk Management to determine insurance needs per vendor. Future EDI-follow-up of EDI feasibility and project charter/implementation. Coordinate with Desktop to maintain Retail POS hardware & Warehouse Hardware Complete Bi-weekly Jet Center Deposit. Complete BSS item uploads, Order Sheet Maintenance, Review BSS Documents Inventory Reconciliation as needed. Accubar issue resolution. Manage Retail Inventory schedule. Complete Retail System Inventory adjustments and destruction of Salvage. Review Sales Audit Exceptions (voided transactions, suspended transactions, cash returns and shortages) Reconcile Retail Inventory Discrepancies
