About The Position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The Retail Supervisor provides excellent customer service Supervises the daily activities of the team on duty Actively promotes the selling of merchandise Monitors cash register operations Trains new hires Conducts audits The Retail Supervisor maintains and monitors daily schedules. Monitors stock levels to maximize sales. He or she receives, unpacks, folds and puts away the daily deliveries of merchandise. Employs selling techniques and works with associates to drive revenue. Maintains neatness and cleanliness on the sales floor and in the back stock areas.
