About The Position

SUMMARY: Responsible for the daily supervision of all aspects of Retail and Arcade, promoting excellent standards for customer service and satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Perform excellent customer service at all time. Maintains appropriate staffing levels in Retail and Arcade by assisting with interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, promoting, disciplining and terminating Team Members as needed. Provides customer-service-related assistance in Retail, such as assisting customers with selection and/or purchase, handling exchanges, redeeming complimentaries, and giving directions to various areas of the property. Ensures that the work areas are neat, clean, and well stocked with supplies. Participates in monthly inventory of retail merchandise. Acts as a liaison between Retail and Arcade Team Members and management. Utilizes effective communication skills to creatively resolve problems in Retail and Arcade. Responds to special requests of customers as well as customer complaints and inquiries in a calm, prompt, courteous manner. Assists the Retail Manager in ordering and maintaining appropriate stock and oversees daily transfers to and from Retail and Arcade. Ensures a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction in Retail and Arcade is achieved and maintained. Provides customer service related assistance in Arcade such as assisting customers with selections. Responsible for processing Arcade money drops, assisting in ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Responsible for processing Telephone money drops. Responsible for snacks, drinks and cigarette machine money drops, maintaining par levels, ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels, oversees maintenance and ensuring machines are functioning properly. Facilitates the flow of information by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced and displayed. Ensures to a high degree the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Maintains a consistent, regular attendance record. Usher as needed by management for events. Performs any reasonable request made by management. Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • One to three years retail and supervisory experience in a similar environment required with progressive career growth preferred.
  • Cash handling experience required.
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must have excellent people skills, possess and energetic personality, and have the ability to motivate team members.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights and holidays.
