Requirements

  • Experienced in retail supervision or management, ideally within a high-volume retail or visitor attraction environment πŸͺ
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy, high-energy environment ⚑
  • A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and coaches a team to succeed πŸ’ͺ
  • Comfortable handling guest issues with professionalism and care πŸ›ŽοΈ
  • Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer experiences and having fun πŸŽ‰
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred πŸŽ“
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in retail or related environment πŸͺ
  • Excellent communication, sales, and people management skills πŸ—£οΈ
  • Experience with computerized point-of-sale systems πŸ’»
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays πŸ—“οΈ

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Retail Team on the floor, providing example-based, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership πŸ‘₯
  • Deliver top-notch guest experiences while meeting or exceeding KPIs and Mystery Visit targets 🎯
  • Support training, coaching, and development for the Retail Team πŸ“š
  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager on schedules, merchandising, and inventory control πŸ“Š
  • Serve as Duty Manager 2–3 shifts per week, overseeing operations across the attraction πŸ‘‘
  • Motivate, mentor, and give feedback to your team, keeping energy high and morale strong ⚑
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure proper follow-up βœ…
  • Maintain clean, safe, and visually engaging retail areas πŸ§ΉπŸ›’
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members πŸ‘‹
  • Monitor performance metrics, including sales, dwell time, and team KPIs πŸ“ˆ
