POP MART is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence as we continue expanding across the United States. This role owns the end-to-end store business, including sales performance, customer experience, operations execution, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with POP MART’s brand standards, global retail strategy, and company culture. The Store Manager serves as a stakeholder of the store’s four-wall performance and acts as the critical link between people, product, profit, performance. This role reports to the District/Area Manager and partners cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, HR, and international teams. An interest in designer toys, collectibles, and trend culture is strongly preferred.
