POP MART, founded in 2010, is a leading global company in the trend culture and entertainment industry, centered around IP. It operates a comprehensive platform for creative incubation and IP operation, empowering global creators and delivering products, services, and entertainment experiences to consumers. POP MART identifies and nurtures emerging artists and designers worldwide, creating popular character IPs like MOLLY, SKULLPANDA, DIMOO, THE MONSTERS, and Hirono, and launching art toys and derivative products. As of the end of 2024, POP MART operates over 500 physical stores and more than 2,300 Robo Shops across 30+ countries and regions, reaching audiences in over 90 countries. POP MART is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence during its expansion across the United States. This role is responsible for the end-to-end store business, including sales, customer experience, operations, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with POP MART’s brand standards, global retail strategy, and company culture. The Store Manager is a key stakeholder in the store’s performance, linking people, product, profit, and performance, and reports to the District/Area Manager, partnering with various cross-functional and international teams. An interest in designer toys, collectibles, and trend culture is strongly preferred.
