The manager is responsible for providing every customer with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience, safeguarding the company’s assets, and building strong relationships with the community through active engagement in outreach and partnerships. Key responsibilities also include ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, enforcing company policies and procedures, and implementing operational and merchandising directions from corporate headquarters.
