About The Position

Born out of love for her family's Texas ranch and the connection, tranquility, and adventure it brings, Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott is the latest extension of the Kendra Scott brand. Taking its name from the infamous golden-hued roses of the Lone Star State, as well as the joyful style that the brand is known for, the Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott collection is a boutique approach to jewelry, apparel, and home goods that celebrates the rich ranch culture of the American Southwest. This store is scheduled to open March 2026. Position Overview As the full-time Store Leader, you are the CEO of your store! You are an entrepreneurial-minded business owner who takes pride in delivering WOW customer experiences and sharing our brand purpose within the community. You are passionate about developing a strong team through effective coaching and teaching, you prioritize relationships and attract a diverse network, you make quality decisions to drive results, and your store and team represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively within the Yellow Rose brand.

Requirements

Must be over the age of 18
Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
A passion for Yellow Rose and the lifestyle of the Southwest. Candidates should be passionate about what the brand represents, Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
Experience leading functional teams in a retail management role previously
Ability to multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
Experience leading and developing teams and defines success as having a significant impact on other’s careers
Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
Business acumen is a part of everyday language and analyzing reporting to drive sales
Flexible availability - you're available to work when the guest shops!
Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations and other key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness
Ability to relocate long-term to pursue career growth opportunities is strongly preferred
