POP MART is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, team development, and operational excellence as the company expands across the United States. This role involves owning the end-to-end store business, including sales performance, customer experience, operations execution, and people leadership, ensuring alignment with POP MART’s brand standards, global retail strategy, and company culture. The Store Manager serves as a stakeholder of the store’s four-wall performance and acts as the critical link between people, product, profit, and performance.
