About The Position

We’re Growing! Join our Meta Store Retail team in Honolulu as we bring Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses and Meta Quest mixed reality to life. We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead and inspire our Meta Brand kiosk team at Ala Moana Center, with the exciting opportunity to transition into leading our permanent retail store within the same center. As a Meta Retail Store Manager, you are focused on managing a team that provides a world-class customer service experience through immersive, hands-on demos of our clients' wearable and mixed-reality products. In this role, you will lead a team passionately focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through every engagement. You will serve as the subject matter expert for everything Meta and emulate the desired behaviors with your team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of retail sales management experience required
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop retail staff at all levels.
  • Proven success in customer-facing retail environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams to exceed performance goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—written, verbal, and on-camera
  • Skilled in performance management, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking
  • High level of initiative, adaptability, and self-motivation
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and customer excellence

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team that delivers world-class customer experiences through immersive, hands-on demos of wearable and mixed-reality products
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction with every engagement
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for all things Meta
  • Ensure operational excellence, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, team scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Promote a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction reflects Meta’s commitment to innovation and service
