Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships
• Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data
