About The Position
To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer by maintaining and organizing the retail sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Stocking and arranging products neatly on shelves and racks
- Rotating older stock to ensure it is sold first
- Receive and process stock by unloading deliveries, ensuring accuracy and store items accordingly
- Assist with inventory management by researching discrepancies and submitting inventory location reports.
- Accurately count inventory and perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory is properly verified and reflective of reported inventory
- Collaborate with store employees, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Assist customers by locating products, information about items and maintaining a helpful and friendly presences on the sales floor
- Perform returns and shipping assistance as requested.
