Retail Stocking Associate JOB SUMMARY: To provide an exceptional shopping experience for every customer by maintaining and organizing the retail sales floor. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The below listing of essential functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be requested to be performed by supervisor or manager. Stocking and arranging products neatly on shelves and racks Rotating older stock to ensure it is sold first Receive and process stock by unloading deliveries, ensuring accuracy and store items accordingly Assist with inventory management by researching discrepancies and submitting inventory location reports. Accurately count inventory and perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory is properly verified and reflective of reported inventory Collaborate with store employees, warehouse staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The below listing of essential and periodic functions is not an inclusive listing of all duties that may be required to be performed.
