About The Position

Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening for a Warranty Representative. Responsibilities Provide Technical Support to our Dealer base (via phone/email). Provide Customer Service to Retail base (via phone/email). Provide Production Support and help with Problem Resolution. Develop Troubleshooting documents. Learn product line from frame to final. Qualifications Attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given Willingness to learn many different components of a RV Forest River offers a stable work environment that is fast paced.
