About The Position

The Retail Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in supporting retail operations through data analysis, workforce optimization, and systems support. This position combines tactical scheduling and performance monitoring with strategic insights to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and employee engagement. The Analyst partners cross-functionally with Workforce Management, HR, IT, and Customer Support Center leadership to ensure alignment of labor strategies, system enhancements, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, retail/contact center operations, or workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with forecasting and performance metrics.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint), BI tools (Power BI), and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with POS, inventory, ERP, or workforce management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels.
  • Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lead and develop a small team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a MVR background check.
  • Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
  • Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Support analysis of retail and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage scheduling, staffing models, and real-time performance metrics to ensure efficient operations across the Customer Support Center.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, executive summaries, and performance reports.
  • Monitor service levels, adherence, and utilization metrics; escalate and resolve issues impacting performance.
  • Provide day-to-day support for system issues affecting retail operations and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management, HR, and IT to align labor strategies and system enhancements.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational outcomes.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.
