As our Retail Showroom Associate, you'll warmly greet and assist customers in our newly designed showroom, maintain the atmosphere and presence of our office space, educate visitors about our products and brand, and facilitate transactions on Shopify's point-of-sale system. You'll work directly with our ecommerce, marketing, and sales departments, with the opportunity to help design and shape a growing physical retail presence. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, highly organized, creative, empathetic, and mission-driven to provide customers with an experience they'll want to share with their friends and family. You should be tech-savvy, personable, and open-minded in further defining and elevating a brand experience that exceeds the quality of the cookware we craft. Weekend availability is required for this role. Weekend shifts are not an every-week occurrence, but this position does require flexibility to work weekends when needed — including showroom coverage, special events, and our busy holiday season (October – December). Scheduling needs will be communicated as far in advance as possible.
