Host Training Extravaganza: Take the lead in organizing and initiating training sessions for our front-line hosts. Safety, profit protection, and retail excellence are your training playgrounds. Keep a record of all the training triumphs and ensure our team is ready to deliver outstanding customer service, with a sprinkle of magic for good measure. Coach, encourage, and escalate when needed – because greatness deserves a cheering squad! Supporting Retail with Style: When you're not ruling the roost as Manager-on-Duty, lend your expertise to support your department in training, stocking, and keeping the retail vibes alive.
