LEGOLAND Discovery Center New Jersey is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Retail Shift Lead to help keep our retail and café experiences built for fun!
🧩 About the Role
Our Retail Shift Leads are master builders of the guest experience. You’ll help keep everything running smoothly — from supporting Retail Hosts to ensuring our retail and café areas are bright, organized, and fully stocked.
On designated days, you’ll step into a supervisor-on-duty style role, helping guide daily operations and keeping both guests and team members smiling.
If you’re dependable, punctual, and ready to jump in wherever needed, you’ll fit right into our brick-tastic team.

Responsibilities

• Help lead daily retail & café operations for a seamless guest experience
• Support, motivate, and guide Retail Hosts on the floor
• Keep retail spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Deliver friendly, engaging, LEGO-worthy guest service
• Step into Supervisor-on-Duty responsibilities on assigned days
• Assist with restocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks
• Promote teamwork and open communication across the team
• Confidently assist guests with questions or needs
• Uphold all health, safety, and operational standards
• Jump in to support the attraction wherever needed
