In this role you will: Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goals. Be eligible for a competitive benefits package, including Paid Volunteer time and Pension Plan Provide exceptional service to members in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and insurance billing, and other services for members including passport photos, planning road trips, and cashiering duties. Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members. Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists. Be expected to be available during our branch hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm and rotating Saturdays, 9 am – 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays and most holidays. Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
  • Ability to qualify for Personal Lines Insurance License
