About The Position

Job Summary: Miller Hill Mall Provide security services as outlined in the post orders and support a safe, customer-focused environment. Build positive working relationships with customers, mall personnel, and public safety partners. Maintain a professional presence, stay aware of surroundings, and deliver excellent customer service at all times. Requirements

Drivers License
No guard card or prior security experience is needed — we provide all training.

Responsibilities

Report on time and in full uniform
Greet customers, visitors, and employees in a polite and professional manner
Patrol mall property or maintain a fixed post position, staying alert and aware
Monitor pedestrian and vehicle traffic at designated entrances
Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations according to training
Monitor security equipment or CCTV systems as assigned
Complete Daily Activity Reports, log entries, and incident reports accurately
Follow post orders and remain updated on any revisions
Maintain working knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols
Identify and recommend improvements in safety or loss prevention processes
Ensure safe operation of elevators, access doors, and related equipment (training provided)
Communicate daily with the Security Supervisor on issues or updates
Support compliance with all AFS and customer guidelines
