About The Position
Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is part of a powerful network of home renovation companies dedicated to making home improvement faster, easier, and stress-free. They assist homeowners with various upgrades like new baths, custom closets, or exterior improvements. With expert teams operating across 36 states, Renuity values diverse perspectives. This role involves face-to-face interaction with customers in big box retail stores and at events to promote products and generate interest. Responsibilities include representing the brand professionally, initiating conversations, and helping customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services. The representative will set appointments and provide clear, friendly assistance, collaborating with a high-performing team to achieve daily and weekly goals. Statewide Remodeling has over 30 years of experience, serving over 100,000 customers across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, and is committed to delivering a seamless remodeling experience.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability
- Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
- Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence.
- Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
