About The Position

In this role, you will interact with customers face-to-face in big box retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest, representing the brand with confidence and professionalism. You will initiate conversations and help customers arrange free in-home consultations for home renovation services, setting appointments and assisting customers in a clear and friendly way, and collaborating with a high-performing team to meet daily and weekly goals. Requirements

  • Must have weekend availability
  • Friendly, fun, and positive attitude
  • Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences
  • Comfortable working independently and personal drive for excellence
  • Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit
  • Criminal background checks required
