The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional customer experiences across retail locations within an established territory. This role focuses on training, coaching, and driving sales across Millwork, In‑Home, and Pro sales departments, while supporting the full Fiberon, Therma‑Tru, and Fypon product portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and skilled at building strong retail relationships. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities, along with a hands‑on, field‑based approach. Position location: Field‑based role requiring regular daily local travel, with 2–3 overnight stays per month .
