Responsibilities

  • Conduct bra fittings with customers in the fitting room by measuring for size and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and honest feedback.
  • Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools like text and social media.
  • Stay updated on fashion and product knowledge through trainings provided by Nordstrom and brand consultants.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a customer-ready department through tasks like filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
