About The Position
Air Experts, part of the ARS family of brands, provides expert HVAC services. We serve customers in the state of New Jersey with reliable, professional service. For over 30 years, we’ve delivered top-tier comfort solutions, supported by ARS’s national strength and a commitment to local care. Work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality enhancements, and energy efficiency. Your goal is to schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.
Requirements
- Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
- Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
- Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
- Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
