A little about this position: Assists in overseeing the daily operation and merchandising of the retail store. Creates and maintains a visually stunning presentation of products, and leads the team to optimize guest interaction and product selection. Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory experience required.
- Two to three years of experience as a sales associate in a major sporting goods operation.
Nice To Haves
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with Mountain Sports hard goods and soft goods.
