Role The Retail Sales Coordinator based in our Miami Corporate office, reporting into the Global Director of Sales and Partnerships supports daily retail sales operations by coordinating sales activities, assisting retail sales teams, and ensuring smooth communication between sales staff, management, and external partners. This role helps drive sales performance, maintains accurate sales records, and ensures a consistent, high-quality customer experience. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customers at once, and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in corporate sales, sales coordination, or B2B account support
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Assist sales leadership with annual sales strategies and action plans
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for the corporate sales team, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
  • Assist with sales proposals, contracts, quotations, and presentations
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, sales activities, and pipeline data
  • Track sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs; assist with reporting
  • Support onboarding and servicing of corporate accounts
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate sales campaigns, events, and client meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and contract terms
  • Handle client inquiries and support issue resolution to maintain strong relationships
