The Retail Sales Coordinator acts as a bridge between the Retail, Marketing and group sales department primarily. This position is to support the Retail and Marketing efforts with focus on driving revenue and supporting the sales process. This job will focus on updating and maintaining the Shop Ojai website & provide group sales support as well as facilitate group retail purchases and individual leisure purchases. Will participate in photo shoots with Marketing to update product photos as well as creative seasonal images. Maintains an extensive knowledge of all retail products and continues to update the site with proper descriptions of the product. Must possess excellent communication skills with internal and external guests as well as a consistently professional appearance and demeanor. Promptly replies to all Shop Ojai guest questions, concerns and return of products. Maintains Shop Ojai inventory. Assists with organizing group business, placing orders, attending events, and the set up of gifting suites. Will maintain an online shopping website for group coordinators. This position reports to the Retail Manager. STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
