About The Position
Pancy Inc, formerly known as All Things Adult XXX, is a well-established local business in Austin, TX, with over 40 years of combined experience in the industry. We pride ourselves on creating a professional, agile, and fun work environment. We are currently seeking a part-time Retail Sales Clerk/Cashier to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking for a simple, enjoyable, and different job experience. The role involves working in a relaxed atmosphere where employees are encouraged to enjoy their shifts while ensuring customers have a pleasant visit. The store operates during night hours, and the selected candidate will be required to work from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, totaling approximately 27 hours per week. As a Retail Sales Clerk/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. The training pay structure is designed to compensate you for your time, with $50 for 4 hours of training and $100 for 8 hours, depending on your comprehension and training needs. We emphasize a drug and alcohol-free workplace and expect our employees to maintain a positive and open-minded attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
