Under the direction of the Milwaukee Brewers Retail Department, this position is responsible for selling retail merchandise to fans in accordance with the Brewers Team Store customer service standards at the Spring Training facility in Phoenix, AZ. This is a seasonal position that requires day and weekend shifts. Responsibilities consist of cashiering, stocking, customer service and other retail needs. Exhibit excellent customer service utilizing Brewers CREW customer service Connect Respect Engage Wow Maintain sales floor zones to Brewers Team Store visual and merchandising standards Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all retail locations Efficiently process sales utilizing retail point-of-sale system Accurately scan merchandise, Accept payment, Bag merchandise Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and displayed Transport product to and from store and warehouse locations in an efficient and timely manner Routinely stock merchandise and face items on shelves Set aside and notify supervisor of defective, mismarked, mislabeled, shopworn, or damaged items Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all retail locations/kiosks Follow Brewers Team Store policies and procedures
