About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales by assisting customers in finding the perfect THC and CBD products to meet their needs. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that the store is well-maintained, properly stocked, and that all customers are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge and passion for cannabis and the cannabis industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or customer service experience in the cannabis industry is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and providing them with a warm welcome
Assisting customers in finding THC and CBD products and making purchasing decisions
Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
Ensuring that all products are properly stocked and merchandised
Processing sales transactions and handling cash and debit card payments
Answering customer inquiries and providing information about cannabis products and services
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
Upselling products and services to increase revenue
Collaborating with the store team to achieve overall store success
