As a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate, you'll help customers embrace adventure, one color, cooler, or bag at a time, fueling the Summer with energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service. YETI stores serve as a community hub for outdoor enthusiasts, fostering connections and shared experiences. The company designs products that last for generations, encouraging outdoor activity.

Requirements

High school diploma and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience working in a customer centric environment
Experience using new technology and adopting new processes to increase profitability
Ability to work up to 29 hours per week
Ability to lift, bend, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed; ability to stand for entire work shift
Must be at least 18 years of age
