Based in Fort Myers, Florida, Goodwill of Southwest Florida is committed to serving people with disabilities and disadvantages by offering life-changing opportunities to achieve independence. Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development. This role involves providing great customer service, assisting customers on the sales floor, and promptly assisting in checkout at the register. The associate is expected to become familiar with all departments/categories to assist with customer questions and requests, greet all customers, take donations, and provide receipts. They will also be cross-trained to cover the backdoor donation area and process all stations in the backroom.
