About The Position
The Team Member at Where Ya Bin plays a vital role in delivering a fun, safe, and well-organized shopping experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position focused on supporting daily store operations, maintaining store standards, and assisting leadership in keeping the store running smoothly. Team Members work closely with Assistant Retail Managers and the Retail Manager to ensure bins are stocked, the store is clean and safe, and customers receive excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service on the sales floor
- Assist customers with questions, directions, and general store needs
- Support daily store operations by helping with bin flips, stocking, cleaning, and staging
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout each shift
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Communicate issues, concerns, or customer feedback to store leadership
- Assist with opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Support team members and leadership during busy periods
- Help create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
