About The Position

Delphos Wireless is an authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team in Hillsboro, Ohio. If you enjoy retail sales, customer service, and earning uncapped commission, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced wireless environment. This is an in-store retail position — not remote or telemarketing. What You’ll Do: Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Sell wireless phones, accessories, and prepaid service plans Activate new lines and process upgrades Meet and exceed sales and activation goals Upsell accessories, protection plans, and add-on features Troubleshoot basic phone and account issues Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards Participate in team sales meetings and performance tracking

Requirements

• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Wireless or mobile phone sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable working toward commission and sales goals
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Weekend availability required
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
